‘It was a pleasure to be asked to consider the nominations for the shortlist and humbling to read about the remarkable work going on, across the board, in the field of Montessori education.  From the children (Sustainability Award), to support workers, and researchers, the passion to create a better world, in which everyone is supported, is evident and with researchers like these we will also have a growing body of high quality evidence to support more work going forward.  Huge congratulations to all those who were shortlisted, it was not an easy task!’

Bella Barron, Director of The Parent Collaborative and a Trainer Consultant for Young Minds

‘It was a privilege to be part of this great initiative. To be given an opportunity to step out of my world and get a glimpse of the bigger picture, of all the people who are making a difference, and positively impacting our children so that they lead the way to a brighter future.’

Amira El Aghel, Graduate of Montessori Centre International and a Montessori teacher
